Work from Home Quantity Surveyor Jobs, Salary up to SGD 700 in SENTRON ENGINEERING (S) PTE LTD - Maukerja

Responsibilities

· Review and verify the subcontractor & supplier claim and prepare payment certification.

. Prepare progress Claim and liaise with the Client's representative on claims and variation costs.

· Request quotation from supplier

· Assist project team to prepare submission document, shop drawing, as built drawing / Operation Maintenance Manual.

· Online tender submission.

· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

· NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying /Mechanical Engineering or related discipline

· At least 8 to 12 year of relevant working experience in building construction industry / ACMV services / M&E would be an added advantage

· Ability to prioritize, plan, organize and execute tasks effectively

· Computer skills in AutoCAD/ 3D & Microsoft Office

· Able to work independently with minimum supervision

· Good interpersonal and communication skills
