Responsibilities
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:45 AM to 6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:45 AM to 1:00 PM
One Saturday off per month
No Sunday or night-banking duties
Training will be provided, and the position offers good opportunities for career progression.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide professional and efficient frontline service to customers.
Process savings account and fixed deposit transactions accurately.
Assist customers with safe deposit box services and other over-the-counter banking services.
Handle cash and customer transactions in accordance with the bank’s policies and procedures.
Respond to customer enquiries and ensure a positive service experience.
Perform other branch-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum GCE O-Level, Higher Nitec or equivalent qualification.
Candidates currently pursuing a part-time diploma are welcome to apply.
Customer-focused, responsible and able to communicate professionally.
Careful and accurate when handling cash and financial transactions.
Able to work on Saturday mornings, with one Saturday off per month.
Willing to be deployed or transferred between branches when required.
Comfortable using computers and able to learn banking systems and software.
Possess basic computer skills, including data entry and Microsoft Office applications.
Candidates without banking experience but with customer service, retail or cashiering experience are encouraged to apply.
