Assist the Store Manager in daily mini mart operations.

Supervise and guide sales assistants and store staff.

Ensure smooth opening, closing, and daily store operations.

Monitor daily sales and work towards achieving sales targets.

Attend to customers and provide good customer service.

Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

Operate and monitor POS and cash register transactions.

Assist with daily cash reconciliation and reporting.

Monitor stock levels and arrange timely replenishment.

Receive, check, arrange, and store incoming goods.

Conduct regular stock checks and stocktaking.

Monitor product expiry dates and minimise stock wastage.

Ensure products are properly displayed with correct prices.

Assist with ordering goods and coordinating with suppliers
