Position: Quality Systems Manager

Location: Singapore

Salary: SGD 6,000–10,000 per month

Working Hours: Full-time / Part Time

Short Professional Job Description:
Manage and continuously improve the company’s Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards and internal quality requirements. Lead audits, corrective actions, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives across business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Plan and conduct internal audits and support external certification audits.
• Monitor non-conformities, corrective actions, and audit findings.
• Maintain quality policies, procedures, SOPs, and documentation.
• Support management reviews and ISO compliance activities.
• Lead continuous improvement and business process improvement projects.
• Identify opportunities for process redesign, automation, and digitalisation.
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve operational quality and efficiency.
• Prepare quality reports and communicate performance to management.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Business, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant quality systems, business excellence, or continuous improvement experience.
• Strong practical knowledge of ISO 9001.
• Experience conducting internal and external audits.
• Experience managing corrective and preventive actions.
• Lean Six Sigma certification is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Good knowledge of quality documentation and process improvement.

Pay: $6,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
