Sales & Marketing Manager (Wedding Hall)

Job Summary:

The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing bookings for the wedding hall through strategic sales planning and effective marketing initiatives. The role focuses on achieving high venue occupancy, building strong client relationships, and enhancing the brand presence of the wedding hall in the events and wedding industry.

Key Responsibilities

-Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase wedding and event bookings.

-Handle all client inquiries, conduct site visits, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, wedding planners, vendors, and corporate partners.

-Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms (social media, website, ads) and offline channels.

-Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to remain competitive.

-Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by management.

-Coordinate with operations, banquet, and event teams to ensure smooth execution of events.

-Manage promotional materials and brand positioning of the wedding hall.

-Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and client databases.

Requirements

-Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales & marketing, preferably in events, hospitality, or wedding industry.

-Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

-Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

-Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.

-Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

-Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.

-Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM systems is an advantage.

Qualifications

-Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
