Qualifications & Requirements
Fresh graduates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

• CGPA 2.00 and above
• Age 27 and below
• Energetic, self-motivated, and a team player

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in managing slope projects and support Senior Engineers / Coordinators for assigned projects
• Liaise and coordinate with consultants, technical agencies, and authorities
• Monitor site progress and ensure quality compliance with design and specifications
• Coordinate site works with client representatives, construction coordinators, and subcontractors

Program Notes

• 9-month training program with allowance.
• 1 week Soft Skills Training
• 8 months and 3 weeks On-the-Job Training
