Full Time Warehouse Assistant Jobs, Salary up to SGD 1,800 in JUST RECRUIT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse, packing and material handling operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring materials and finished goods are handled safely, accurately and efficiently in accordance with company procedures.

Job Responsibilities

• Receive, store and issue raw materials to production.
• Pack and prepare finished goods for shipment according to customer requirements.
• Pack and return empty cassettes to suppliers.
• Collect and arrange disposal of waste materials to assigned vendors.
• Check own work and verify process parameters before commencing work.
• Report any operational abnormalities, deviations or safety concerns to the Team Leader.
• Maintain good housekeeping and ensure the work area is clean and organised according to 5S standards.
• Operate forklift and/or reach truck to transport goods and materials within company premises.
• Ensure compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures, ISO and OHSAS requirements.
• Perform work across different warehouse processes or equipment as assigned.
• Assist with basic troubleshooting of processes or equipment where required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Secondary School education or equivalent.
• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Valid forklift licence with forklift operating experience is required.
• Able to commit to 12-hour day shift work.
• Able to follow safety procedures and work instructions.
• Responsible, safety-conscious and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Training will be provided.

Working Hours

Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:15 PM
Meal Break: 1 hour

Shift Pattern:
4 Days Work, 3 Days Off → 3 Days Work, 4 Days Off

Training

Successful candidates will undergo approximately 1–3 months of training during office hours before transitioning to the assigned shift arrangement.
