Responsibilities

• Process and verify applications ,including checking supporting documents for completeness.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain application records.
• Handle enquiries via phone and email and provide timely responses.
• Coordinate with the card printing and delivery service provider on card production and delivery.
• Receive and mail completed cards to applicants and maintain proper records and reports.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in administration, data entry or customer service.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
