Job Description

Responsibilities

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Systems / IT Support / Infrastructure Engineer.
  • Hands-on experience with Dell Storage – installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Good knowledge of Dell PowerEdge Servers & iDRAC.
  • Experience in server hardware support, monitoring and L1/L2 troubleshooting.
  • Exposure to project coordination, documentation and DC exit activities.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently at client site.
