Job Descriptions

• Lead and manage the IT team, providing direction, coaching and support
• Oversee IT operations and services across multiple office locations
• Provide strategic direction for IT infrastructure, systems, applications and technology initiatives
• Manage and coordinate with external IT vendors, service providers and technology partners
• Oversee IT ticketing and support processes to ensure issues are tracked, prioritised and resolved within agreed timelines
• Establish and improve IT processes, policies and service standards across all offices
• Plan and manage IT projects, system implementations, upgrades and improvements
• Monitor IT performance and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and user experience
• Oversee IT security, access management and compliance requirements
• Manage IT budgets, resources and vendor contracts
• Act as the key point of contact between the IT team, business stakeholders and external vendors
• Provide leadership and strategic guidance rather than being primarily involved in hands-on technical operations
