Job Description

Responsibilities

Company Description

Cyberlestari is a Malaysian technology consultancy and certified Salesforce Partner. We work as embedded delivery teams inside our clients' technology functions - designing, building and continuously improving the platforms their business runs on. Our work spans enterprise CRM enhancement, solution design, integration advisory and digital roadmap consulting. We value curiosity, technical rigour and honest delivery, and we give our people direct exposure to senior stakeholders and real production systems rather than keeping them behind a ticket queue.

Role Description

This is a part-time, contract Salesforce Administrator role based in Kuala Lumpur, with a hybrid arrangement. Expected commitment is approximately 20 hours per week, with core availability during Malaysian business hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm GMT+8) to align with the delivery team. Initial contract runs to March 2027, with potential to extend.

You will support an ongoing enhancement and advisory engagement for a multinational enterprise client running Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud. This is not a greenfield build and it is not a helpdesk role - it is continuous improvement on a system that real users depend on every day.

Responsibilities include:

  • User administration, permission sets, roles, profiles and security settings
  • Building and maintaining reports and dashboards for business stakeholders
  • Configuring and updating validation rules, page layouts, list views and record types
  • Supporting declarative automation, primarily Salesforce Flow, across record-triggered and scheduled processes
  • Preparing and testing configuration changes in sandbox before they are promoted to production
  • Documenting changes, including before/after state and rollback notes, under a change-control process
  • Gathering and clarifying requirements with business stakeholders, and translating them into clear, estimable change requests
  • Supporting user enablement, troubleshooting and adoption
  • Flagging opportunities to improve data quality, process efficiency and platform health

You will work alongside a solution architect and a functional consultant, with clearly defined turnaround commitments on every request. Estimates and delivery dates are committed to the client, so reliability and disciplined documentation matter as much as technical skill.

Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on Salesforce administration: user management, security model, profiles and permission sets, and core declarative configuration
  • Practical experience with Salesforce Flow. Exposure to legacy Workflow Rules and Process Builder is useful
  • Experience building validation rules, reports and dashboards to support data quality and business reporting
  • Comfortable working in a sandbox-first, change-controlled environment
  • Able to interpret data, diagnose configuration issues and propose practical improvements
  • Clear written and verbal communication in English; able to document requirements and explain changes to non-technical stakeholders
  • Salesforce Administrator certification preferred; equivalent demonstrable experience considere
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple concurrent requests against committed deadlines
  • Prior experience supporting a live production org, and familiarity with sales or service business processes, is a strong advantage
  • Exposure to Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, and a basic understanding of integrations and APIs, is beneficial
  • Based in Kuala Lumpur and able to work hybrid
