Full Time HR Recruiter (Fresh Entry) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,500 in Arise And Thrive Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Handling of MOM work passes and contracts.
• Manage foreign workers matters.
• Responsible for supporting full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, exit, benefits administration, and compensation, updating, and maintaining confidential information in HR Information system
• Responsible for recruitment activities such as job posting, sourcing, arranging interviews, job offers.
• Ensure the HR practices are in compliance with statutory requirements.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems and procedures across the organization.
• Nurture a positive working environment.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
• Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters

Requirements :

• Diploma or 'A' Levels
• 1 to 2 years of working experience in HR recruitment related
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Willing to learn attitude.
