Role Description The Project Manager – Human Resources and Finance Consulting is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. This role oversees end-to-end consulting projects for SME clients, focusing on HR and finance transformation, process improvement, and strategic planning. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project timelines and deliverables, coordinating with client stakeholders, conducting analyses of HR policies, workforce planning, financial processes, and reporting structures, and translating insights into clear recommendations. The Project Manager will prepare project documentation, facilitate workshops and presentations, support implementation of new HR and finance frameworks, and monitor outcomes against agreed objectives. Collaboration with internal consultants and client teams is essential to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client priorities.
Qualifications
- Strong project management capabilities, including planning, execution, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation.
- Hands-on experience in human resources domains such as organizational design, performance management, workforce planning, and HR policies.
- Solid understanding of finance functions, including budgeting, financial analysis, reporting, and process optimization.
- Proficiency in data analysis, problem-solving, and translating complex information into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to and engage senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site consulting environment, demonstrating adaptability and strong interpersonal skills.
- Relevant academic background in Business, Finance, Human Resources, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Prior consulting experience with SMEs or in professional services is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with HRIS, financial systems, and productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, project management tools).
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical practices, inclusion, and confidentiality when handling client information.
