Full Time Assistant Engineering Executive (Mechanical) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,800 in E M ENGINEERING PRIVATE LIMITED Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in managing mechanical upgrading, replacement and improvement projects such as domestic water pumps, water pipes, water tanks, fire protection systems and other projects assigned from planning through completion and handover
• Conduct regular inspections at HDB residential blocks and other Town Council facilities
• Verify mechanical equipment and materials delivered to site against approved submissions and specifications.
• Ensure contractors comply with applicable Workplace Safety and Health requirements and approved site safety procedures.
• Assist with measurement and verification of completed works for progress payment assessment.
• Conduct joint completion inspections with contractors and Town Council representatives.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Facilities Engineering/Higher Nitec/Nitec or equivalent
• At least 3 years relevant working experience in mechanical building services
• Able to work independently, keen to learn, self- motivated anddiscipline
