A fast growing digital solutions provider company is looking for a detail‑oriented professional to manage and optimise digital content across social media, online marketplaces, and official websites. This role is central to ensuring our products and campaigns are visible, accurate, and engaging across multiple platforms in Malaysia and Singapore.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily publishing on social channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and maintain content calendars.
• Manage product listings on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and ensure accuracy in titles, descriptions, pricing, and promotions.
• Keep website and campaign pages updated with the latest product and promotional information.
• Optimise content for visibility and conversion using performance data, competitor insights, and A/B testing.
• Support major online campaigns (9.9, 11.11, etc.) by coordinating banners, bundles, and promotional assets.
• Maintain a central content library and enforce consistency across platforms.
• Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, traffic, CTR, and conversion, and provide actionable reporting.

What We’re Looking For

• 5-7 years’ experience in content operations, e‑commerce, or digital marketing.
• Hands‑on knowledge of social media platforms, marketplace seller centres, and CMS tools.
• Strong attention to detail with a data‑driven mindset.
• Multilanguage speaker is a plus!
