At MOH Holdings, we believe our employees are our greatest asset and we are dedicated in helping them achieve their full potential through professional development and by providing an environment to develop their leadership skills and competencies.

The AI and Data Office (AIDO) drives MOHH's enterprise AI and data agenda by enabling AI and data to deliver organisational value while ensuring they are used responsibly, safely and in accordance with established policies and standards. The Office works across business, technology and governance functions to support AI and data strategy, portfolio oversight, governance operations, capability development and organisational adoption.

Join us and be part of a team - a uniquely MOHH spirit that propels us forward through every circumstance we face.

  • Acting Tomorrow For Today: We work pragmatically with the realities of the present, with a mindset that is geared to the needs of the future.
  • Starting Where You Can: We take a can-do approach to problem-solving, even if it means starting small, because every contribution counts.
  • Leaving No Job Undone: We take pride in seeing things through. Our high standards means it’s not just about getting the job done, but getting it done well.
  • Moving Together as One: Care for all starts within, with us as an organisation. We look out for one another, leaving no on behind as we grow.

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

The Executive, AI and Data Strategy and Governance, supports MOHH's enterprise AI and data agenda across strategy, portfolio management and governance operations. The role contributes to portfolio monitoring, reporting and governance activities, and helps translate governance requirements into practical processes and governance practices. The incumbent will gather, analyse and maintain data, information and documentation required to support management reporting, decision-making and governance reviews.

This is a hands-on role involving direct work with data and information sources. The incumbent will be expected to independently extract, clean, validate, analyse and present information required for reporting, portfolio oversight and governance activities. As part of a newly established function, the incumbent will have opportunities to contribute to the continuous improvement of the Office's processes, practices and ways of working.
