Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Procurement Coordinator to support purchasing and procurement activities. The ideal candidate will coordinate with suppliers, manage purchase orders, maintain procurement records, and ensure materials and services are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily procurement and purchasing activities.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and procurement documents.
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations and confirm orders.
• Monitor order status, delivery schedules, and inventory requirements.
• Maintain accurate supplier and purchasing records.
• Compare quotations and assist with supplier selection.
• Follow up with suppliers regarding deliveries, pricing, and product availability.
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements.
• Update procurement information in company systems.
• Prepare purchasing reports and other administrative documents.
• Assist the procurement team with cost-saving and supplier-management activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of procurement, purchasing, or administrative experience is preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented with good follow-up skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with procurement or ERP systems is an advantage.
