Responsibilities
Job Summary:
Working hours: Rotating Shift
Basic up to $2.500 per month
Working Location: Woodlands
Job Responsibilities:
Support engineer to resolve inspection process issues.
Demonstrate understanding for basic Asphere lens handling and scratch/dig standards.
Perform measurement method for asphere lens centre thickness.
Measure concentricity by using Trioptics.
Demonstrate competency in handling mechanical and optical checking (diameter, bevel, sag height, concentricity, wedge & read form error).
Assist supervisor in job schedule arrangement and production planning.
Setup equipment and perform basic preventive maintenance independently.
Demonstrate understanding of usage of comparator and bevel check.
Perform sag height measurement.
Use micrometer and caliper appropriately.
Perform duties within cleanliness standards of workplace.
Maintain safety guidelines of workplace.
Other duties as may be assigned.
Comply with company regulations.
Job Requirements:
CNC experience is a must
