Job Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end volunteer recruitment, onboarding, training and deployment process
• Engage and retain volunteers through appreciation and recognition initiatives
• Maintain accurate volunteer records and respond to enquiries
• Support community events and preventive healthcare initiatives
• Build relationships with volunteers, seniors and community partners
• Explore opportunities to engage new volunteer sources

Requirements

• Diploma in Social work or a related field
• Experience in volunteer management, community engagement or event coordination is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
• Passionate about community and social service work
