Our client is a solar energy solution provider in Singapore

Responsibilities:

• Personal Assistant to Director

• Assist with accommodation and transportation arrangements, including bookings and coordination.

• Coordinate and arrange document deliveries with external logistics and courier providers.

• Personally handle or deliver documents when required.

• Assist with meeting arrangements, scheduling, and other day-to-day coordination.

• Arrange or obtain meals, lunch, or dinner when the situation requires.

• Assist with various personal errands and ad-hoc requests as required.

• Coordinate with external parties, vendors, drivers, hotels, delivery companies, and other service providers.

• Ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately, promptly, and with appropriate confidentiality.

• Provide general day-to-day support and respond flexibly to changing priorities.

• Maintain good communication and provide updates on the status of tasks and arrangements.

Requirements:

• Responsible, dependable, and able to follow through on assigned tasks.

• Comfortable handling both office-related and personal-support tasks.

• Flexible and willing to assist with ad-hoc requests when necessary.

• Able to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling personal or sensitive matters.
