Responsibilities
Diploma holder from a local polytechnic or ITE/Higher Nitec graduate.
Preferably 1 year or more relevant school or ICT experience.
Manage daily ICT device bookings and loans, including iPads and other school devices.
Perform basic device checks, software updates, and app installation in coordination with the MDM vendor.
Manage and publish prepared content on the school's Isomer Next website.
Provide photography and videography support for school events, including basic editing and archiving.
Manage e-Broadcast uploads, scheduling, and delivery for school communications.
Maintain accurate ICT inventory records, including asset tags, serial numbers, condition, and custodians.
Provide AV support for school events, including setup and operation of microphones, projectors, sound systems, and displays.
Ensure all ICT/AV equipment is properly maintained, accounted for, and stored.
Follow school data protection, image-use, and ICT management guidelines.
