Full Time Accountant -Asset Management Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,500 in PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain full sets of accounts for multiple entities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and month-end closing.
• Process payments and update cash records to ensure alignment with the approved budget.
• Assist with cash flow monitoring and payment planning.
• Prepare monthly management reports and financial schedules.
• Review invoices and quotations, identify discrepancies, and liaise with vendors to resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Liaise with internal departments, auditors, tax agents, banks, and other external stakeholders as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Accountancy or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting functions.
• Experience in audit is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player attitude.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial management software.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high accuracy in financial tasks.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
