Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Project Manager – Supply Chain & Business Process Reengineering to lead complex, cross-functional projects across enterprise systems, business processes, supply chain, logistics, service operations, and related functions across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end projects covering scope, schedule, resources, quality, risks, issues, and change management.
• Analyse and reengineer business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend practical, sustainable solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and requirements gathering with business and technology stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional and geographically distributed teams, including vendors, third-party partners, and remote stakeholders.
• Manage project governance, status reporting, senior leadership communication, implementation readiness, and post-implementation reviews.
• Partner with business and technology teams to translate business requirements into effective process and system improvements.

Key Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in project management, business process reengineering, transformation, or related areas.
• Strong experience managing complex, multiple projects across scope, schedule, quality, risks, and dependencies.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and logistics, including warehousing, inventory, order fulfilment, inbound/outbound logistics, last-mile delivery, and 3PL operations.
• Experience with WMS/ERP systems, preferably SAP, and exposure to process and technology transformation.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience working across APAC and global teams, including vendor and third-party management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to connect detailed process improvements to broader business objectives.
• Proficiency in MS Office, project tracking, and project planning tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in consumer electronics, service/support, logistics, or supply chain environments.
• Consulting or business transformation experience.
• Lean Six Sigma and/or Project Management certification.
• Experience presenting complex project issues and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

Pay: Up to $9,000.00 per month
