Employment Highlights

• Basic salary: From $2,200
• Team-based monthly commission: Average $300 – $500, with higher earnings of up to $700 – $800 during peak periods

Working Hours

• 5-day work week
• 44 hours per week
• Retail hours scheduled within 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers on the sales floor and understand their needs before recommending suitable products
• Deliver professional customer service while supporting upselling and cross-selling efforts to achieve sales targets
• Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and display arrangement
• Support cashiering duties as required
• Assist with store housekeeping and day-to-day retail operations

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Customer-oriented with an interest in the retail industry
• Able to work retail shifts, including scheduled hours within store operating times
• Relevant experience in retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles is an advantage

Additional Information

• Retail Associates may be deployed to nearby stores from time to time for cross-training or to support business needs
• This role is open to candidates who do not require work pass sponsorship
