Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and results-driven Membership Consultant to join the team at Celebrity Fitness Bukit Rimau. You will be responsible for helping prospective members discover the right fitness solutions, achieving membership sales targets, and delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through membership onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads through walk-ins, enquiries, referrals, events, and other sales channels.
• Conduct club tours and introduce prospective members to the facilities, services, classes, and membership options.
• Understand customers’ fitness goals and recommend suitable membership packages.
• Present membership plans, handle enquiries, overcome objections, and close sales professionally.
• Achieve individual and team membership sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to maximise conversion opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing members to encourage retention and referrals.
• Participate in promotional campaigns, open days, fitness events, and community activities.
• Keep customer and sales information updated in the relevant systems.
• Work closely with the Fitness and Club Operations teams to ensure a smooth member experience.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming presence that reflects the Celebrity Fitness brand.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, membership sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a sales-oriented environment.
• Positive, energetic, and confident personality.
• Genuine interest in fitness, health, and wellness.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales potential are encouraged to apply.
