Event Management

• Plan, coordinate, and execute company events, promotions, launches, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
• Liaise with vendors, venues, suppliers, sponsors, and partners to ensure smooth event execution.
• Prepare event timelines, budgets, and logistics.
• Coordinate event setup, registration, staffing, and post-event activities.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare reports on event performance

Social Media Management

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Xiaohongshu (RedNote), where applicable.
• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
• Manage social media communities by responding to messages, comments, and enquiries promptly.
• Monitor social media trends and recommend creative campaign ideas.
• Track social media performance using analytics and prepare monthly reports with recommendations for improvement.

Content Creation

• Plan and coordinate photo and video shoots for marketing campaigns and events.
• Create engaging captions, graphics, and promotional materials.

Marketing Support

• Assist in planning and executing digital and offline marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate promotional materials for events and marketing activities.
• Support customer engagement initiatives and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain marketing databases and assist with campaign reporting.

Administrative Duties

• Maintain records of event expenses, quotations, invoices, and vendor agreements.
• Prepare reports on event outcomes and social media performance.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.Develop and implement out-of-the-box promotional campaigns and contests.
• Plans promotions and campaigns for eCommerce platform and marketplace sales by events, festivals, & holiday seasons.
