Job Responsibilities:-

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Find and qualify new sales leads through, networking, and online research or referral cold calling.
• Marketing Support: Help create promotional materials like brochures, flyers, or digital content for social media and websites.
• Client Engagement: Prepare sales pitches, product presentations, and basic proposals for prospective clients.
• Relationship Management: Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential clients to answer questions and encourage retention.
• Market Research: Monitor competitor activities, customer feedback, and basic industry trends to assist senior staff.
• Administrative Tasks: Update customer records, sales pipelines, and daily activity logs using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools.

Customer Service Experience and Sales Admin Support:-

• We prefer the candidate has worked as marketing executive or business development before, or having worked with sales admin position as this job requires you to have follow up skills.
