About the Roles

Join as a Deburr Worker (Plastic/Metal) based at Loyang Way | Seletar Aerospace. This permanent position follows rotating shifts and offers a Basic + OT + VB salary package within the semi-con manufacturing industry.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Carry out deburring and finishing work on metal and plastic parts according to specifications and work instructions.
• Remove sharp edges, excess material, and surface defects using appropriate hand tools.
• Follow engineering drawings, work instructions, and production requirements during daily operations.
• Inspect completed parts for defects and ensure they meet required quality standards and tolerances.
• Use measuring instruments such as calipers and gauges to verify part quality.
• Keep hand tools, equipment, fixtures, and work areas in good working condition.
• Clean and perform basic maintenance of tools and equipment after completing work.
• Report damaged or non-conforming parts and equipment issues to the supervisor.
• Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• Secondary education, NITEC, or Higher NITEC qualification in technical engineering studies.
• Able to perform deburring work using hand tools such as files, scrapers, grinders, and deburring knives.
• Able to understand basic engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Good attention to detail and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Experience with metal or plastic deburring is an advantage.

Pay: RM4,200.00 - RM4,800.00 per hour
