Full Time Regulatory Reporting Specialist Jobs, Salary up to MYR 9,000 in CEL LOGISTIC Federal Territory - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support regulatory reporting activities across relevant jurisdictions.
• Prepare, validate, and monitor regulatory reports.
• Investigate reporting discrepancies, exceptions, and missing trades.
• Perform root-cause analysis and coordinate remediation activities.
• Ensure regulatory reporting data is accurate, complete, and submitted within required timelines.
• Work closely with Operations, Technology, Compliance, Front Office, and other stakeholders.
• Support BAU regulatory reporting activities and issue resolution.
• Monitor changes to regulatory requirements and assess their operational impact.
• Support process improvements and reporting automation initiatives.
• Maintain appropriate documentation and controls for regulatory reporting processes.

Regulatory Experience

Experience with one or more of the following regulatory reporting frameworks is required:

• EMIR
• SFTR
• ASIC
• CFTC
• MAS
• HKMA
• MiFID II Transaction Reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, IT, or a related field.
• 2–8 years of relevant Capital Markets / Regulatory Reporting experience.
• Hands-on experience with regulatory reporting is mandatory.
• Experience with one or more regulatory jurisdictions such as EMIR, SFTR, ASIC, CFTC, MAS, HKMA, or MiFID II.
• Strong understanding of why regulatory reporting is important within Capital Markets.
• Experience investigating missing, rejected, or incorrect trades.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a controlled and deadline-driven environment.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
