Key Account Manager

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and regular follow-ups.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive client experience.

Stay updated on relevant financial products, market developments, and industry trends.
Achieve individual and team business development targets.
Ensure all client interactions and activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Prior experience in account management, relationship management, sales, banking, financial services, or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in engaging and building relationships with clients.
Customer-oriented with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
Good organisational and time-management skills.
Comfortable working independently as well as in a team.
Candidates with relevant experience from other industries may also be considered.
