Responsibilities
DESIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5 years Data Centre operations experience preferable in a team.
- Experience working in a high-pressure environment with 24x7 on-call responsibilities
- Strong understanding of incident, problem and change management procedures based on ITIL best practices
- Experienced in supporting Data Centre vendors, out-sourcing vendors.
- Ability to quickly learn and effectively utilize in-house software.
- Demonstrate strong multitasking capabilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in-writing.
- Possesses a strong work ethic and a proactive approach to tasks.
- An analytical and inquiring mind to derive innovative solutions.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Must have experience working in data centre operations in financial institutions.
