Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing and Production
• Position Title: Application Support Executive
• Working Location: Kallang
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday: 9.00am to 6.00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Variable bonus + Medical Benefits
• Duration: 1 year contract (Convertible to Permanent Role)

Key Responsibilities

• Support users through remote tools, phone calls and email.
• Check transactions and troubleshoot system issues.
• Monitor system functions and review reports.
• Investigate settlement discrepancies and make corrections.
• Assist with software upgrades.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Basic knowledge of MS SQL.
• Experience using remote support tools is an advantage.
