IT APPLICATION PROJECT MANAGER

We are hiring an IT Application Project Manager for a permanent position with a leading banking organisation.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of IT Project Management experience
• Strong track record in banking or financial services technology delivery
• Strong understanding of banking processes, regulatory requirements and technology ecosystems
• Proven experience managing cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to communicate and present effectively to senior management
• Excellent organizational, multitasking and attention-to-detail skills
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence or Trello
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver IT projects from initiation through implementation
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with key stakeholders
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, risks and dependencies
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management
• Ensure project delivery aligns with business, technology and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate across business and technology teams to ensure successful project implementation

Pay: RM19,000.00 - RM21,000.00 per month
