You’ll play an important role in:

• developing and implementing sourcing strategies and talent maps to attract diverse and top talent for open positions
• reviewing and screening incoming applications, assessing candidates' skills and alignment with role details.
• engaging in high-volume candidate sourcing for a wide range of technical and non-technical roles
• partnering with stakeholders and talent acquisition partners to gain a deep understanding of hiring needs
• crafting compelling outreach messages and creating relationships with potential candidates
• contributing to our equality, diversity, and inclusion efforts from a sourcing perspective.

To succeed in the role, you:

• utilise advanced sourcing techniques, incl. Boolean search strings and talent mapping strategies to identify top talent
• have sourcing experience in-house and/or at an agency
• are able to leverage data to evaluate sourcing strategies and measure candidate pipeline health
• are committed to building sourcing strategies to build a diverse pipeline of candidates
• have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of our organisation
• thrive in a high-volume environment, conducting outreach and screening calls with a focus on efficiency and identifying top talent.
