We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Executive – Last-Mile Transportation to drive day-to-day B2C delivery execution, optimize fleet operations, and help shape an efficient last-mile delivery network. What You’ll Do

Reporting to the Department Manager, you will play a central role in orchestrating daily dispatch, coordinating fleet operations, and upholding service delivery standards.

1. Daily Last-Mile & Fleet Operations

• Execute Daily Deliveries: Run and monitor day-to-day B2C last-mile deliveries to consistently meet on-time delivery (OTD) SLAs and operational targets.
• Transporter & Fleet Coordination: Supervise internal drivers and manage outsourced transporter partners to ensure contractual compliance, performance, and route adherence.
• Cold Chain & Delivery Quality: Monitor and reduce Missing, Wrong, Damaged, and Additional deliveries (MWDA), safeguarding cold chain and grocery handling standards across all delivery runs.

2. Systems, Geolocation & Cost Optimization

• TMS & Route Planning: Utilize the Transportation Management System (TMS) and geolocation data to plan schedules, track trip progress, and enhance delivery density.
• Cost & Budget Control: Assist in managing operational costs—including driver overtime, fuel, vehicle upkeep, and damage expenses—to maintain a healthy operational P&L.
• Continuous Improvement: Observe ground workflows, identify dispatch bottlenecks, and suggest practical process enhancements to boost fleet productivity.

3. Supervisory & Administrative Support

• Supervise & Motivate: Guide, groom, and supervise a team of Transport Supervisors and frontline delivery personnel, fostering positive team spirit and strong safety practices.
• Staff Administration: Oversee daily attendance, leave planning, overtime verification, transport/meal claims, and staff queries on operational matters.
• Documentation & Billing: Ensure timely submission of operational reports, vendor invoices, delivery reconciliations, and billings.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in B2C last-mile logistics, fleet coordination, or express courier operations.
• Cold Chain Understanding: Familiarity with same-day grocery delivery and multi-temperature (ambient, fresh, chilled, frozen) fulfillment requirements.
• Systems Proficiency: Hands-on experience working with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), routing tools, and data/geolocation analysis.
• Cost Consciousness: Practical exposure to operating cost control, expense reconciliation, and transport P&L support.
• People & Communication Skills: Proven ability to supervise frontline staff, foster accountability, and communicate effectively across internal teams and third-party transporters.
• Operational Discipline: Strong organizational, documentation, and problem-solving abilities in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
