Full Time Marketing - Brand Growth Lead Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in Covered Scarf Selangor - Maukerja

What you’ll do

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns that build brand awareness, attract customers, and support sales.
• Manage our social media presence, including content planning, posting, and community engagement.
• Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels, including short videos, product features, and styling ideas.
• Coordinate product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
• Identify and manage collaborations with influencers, content creators, and brand partners.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across marketing channels.
• Work with the team to improve the customer journey, encourage repeat purchases, and build customer loyalty.
• Track campaign performance, including engagement, traffic, conversions, and sales, and recommend improvements.
• Monitor customer feedback, fashion trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Support photoshoots and content production, from planning concepts to coordinating execution.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in marketing, social media, brand management, or a related role. Experience in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or e-commerce is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and current social media content formats.
• Good copywriting, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to create and edit content using tools such as Canva and CapCut.
• A creative eye for fashion, styling, and visual storytelling.
• Confidence using marketing data to understand what works and improve results.
• A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Experience with paid advertising, influencer partnerships, or e-commerce platforms is a plus.

Pay: RM1,866.32 - RM6,000.00 per month
