• Minimum (3) years of working experience working in related with facilities management, operation and maintenance in building.
• Able to work independently, efficiency and strong sense of urgency.

Full Job Description

• Carry out Operation and Maintenance Services including repairing works and replace consumable part as specified in Technical Specification, Building Scheduled Maintenance and Site Information and Asset Inventories. All services provided where not specified in the specification should follow Malaysian Standard (MS) and fulfill Local Authority requirement to ensure achievement of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) asset availability, safety and functionality.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
