Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
Lead, train, and motivate sales staff to achieve individual and store sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue and customer satisfaction.
Manage inventory, stock replenishment, product displays, and merchandise organization.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing according to company standards.
Prepare daily sales reports and communicate store performance to the Store Manager.
Assist with staff scheduling, attendance management, and task assignment.
Ensure all company policies, procedures, and security standards are followed.
Support the Store Manager in achieving business goals and maintaining a positive team environment.
