Full Time Executive-Senior Executive - Food Court Operations (Paradigm Mall PJ) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Paradigm Mall Management Selangor - Maukerja

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Food Court Operations Executive to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our food court.

Job descriptions:

• Oversee the overall operations of the food court to ensure smooth daily functioning.
• Proactively handle customer feedback and take prompt corrective action.
• Enforce strict hygiene regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness across the premises.
• Manage and coordinate regular maintenance for all food court equipment.
• Handle manpower planning and scheduling for staff, cleaning crews, and stall workers across front-of-house and back-of-house areas.
• Ensure financial and system security, including accurate POS sales tracking for tenants and proper banking procedures.
• Undertake additional duties and responsibilities assigned by management as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification with solid, extensive knowledge of the Food & Beverage industry.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in the F&B industry, backed by strong management skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Excellent communication and conversation skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and deep familiarity with safety, hygiene, maintenance, and customer service standards.
• Work Location: Paradigm Mall Petaling Jaya.
