Full Time ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER - NKS ALAM BUDIMAN Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,700 in Hajris F&B Selangor - Maukerja

• Supervise the daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of restaurant crew and cashiers.
• Ensure all staff comply with company SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and Halal standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and service standards throughout each shift.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager in staff scheduling, attendance monitoring, and manpower planning.
• Conduct daily shift briefings and ensure staff are well-informed of promotions, menu updates, and operational changes.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or stock discrepancies.
• Ensure proper cash handling procedures and accurate daily sales reconciliation.
• Support staff training and on-the-job coaching to improve performance and service quality.
• Ensure restaurant equipment and facilities are properly maintained and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Assist in achieving sales targets, controlling operational costs, and minimizing wastage.
• Prepare operational reports as required by the Restaurant Manager.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field is an added advantage.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the F&B industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, hygiene, and Halal compliance.
• Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Positive attitude, responsible, and able to lead by example.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
