Full Time Assistant Animal Care Consultant (IOI City Mall) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,000 in PLC Pet Lovers Centre Federal Territory - Maukerja

Responsibilities and Duties:

• To assist customers in any pet-related queries and any other Retail Operations related tasks
• Support daily retail store operations to achieve sales targets/KPIs aligned with business objectives.
• Handle cashiering duties and balance cash registers during transactions.
• Recommend and promote products or PLC membership sign-ups/renewals based on customers’ needs.
• Replenish out-of-stock display items and assist with ad-hoc or periodic stock counts.
• Maintain general housekeeping to ensure a clean and safe environment for staff, customers, and pets.
• Follow all retail SOPs, company policies, processes, and procedures.
• Perform other operational duties assigned by the store person in charge/supervisor.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must possess a diploma in the related courses such as Animal Science, Animal Health, Zoology, Veterinary, Aquatics, Science (Biology) etc.
• Matured, patient and of pleasant personality
• Possesses own transport is an added advantage
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays.
• Willing to work at IOI City Mall, Selangor.
