Provide detailed hair consultations and scalp therapy to clients while supporting sales of courses to enhance client satisfaction and hair health.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver detailed hair consultations to clients to assess hair structure and recommend suitable treatments
  • Perform simple scalp therapy procedures to improve scalp health and client comfort
  • Support sales efforts by explaining and promoting hair care courses to clients
