Full Time Chargeman BO Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in YTL Cement Group Selangor - Maukerja

Operation and maintenance primarily involve conducting periodical preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting and corrective maintenance to prevent or minimize breakdown and power failure. Standby for electrical breakdown with the responsibility to reinstate the supply of all facilities back to normal functions.

Job Responsibilities

• Report all incidents and breakdowns of electrical equipment to the Maintenance Engineer and fully attend to and solve problems together with other chargemen.
• Assist Maintenance Engineer in the planning and carrying out of all preventive maintenance and routine maintenance jobs.
• Ensure that all electrical work adheres to safety regulations and implement proper safety practices on-site.
• Establish and review shutdown work and normalise procedures for all mechanical and electrical facilities in line with the Electricity Supply Act.
• Perform preventive maintenance on a routine basis.
• Establish and maintain the drawing and inventory list for equipment and consumable items for mechanical and electrical jobs.
• Establish and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for all operational needs and requirements for mechanical and electrical jobs.
• Coordinate and supervise all electrical installation, servicing, testing, and commissioning works up to work completion.
• Verify monthly preventive/inspection maintenance works done by the Electrical Technicians, such as servicing and cleaning of equipment, electrical rooms, electrical panels, fire panels, etc., and ensure reports are submitted to the Maintenance Engineer by the first week of every month.
• Establish a maintenance benchmark best practice guideline.
• Ensure compliance with all management systems and regulatory requirements.
• Execute all other responsibilities given/instructed by the Maintenance Engineer and Plant Manager from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / SPM certificate with certified B0 Chargeman Competency.
• Possess sufficient knowledge of the Electricity Supply Act 1990 and its regulations.
• Ability to work with colleagues across disciplines and gain cross-functional knowledge and experience

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
