Full Time HR Executive (Central- 5 Days) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,000 in MTC CONSULTING PTE. LTD. Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

• Basic $3000 - $3600 (depends on experience)
• Mon to Fri：9.00am - 6.00pm
• Location: Macpherson
• Permanent role

Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, HR documentation and HRIS updates.
• Coordinate employee engagement, welfare, training, CSR, ESG and sustainability activities.
• Support payroll inputs, attendance, leave, claims, benefits, insurance and tax-related administration.
• Manage MOM work pass applications, renewals, cancellations and expiry tracking.
• Support ESG reporting, audits, compliance activities and liaison with employees, agencies and authorities.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of HR experience.
• Experience in recruitment, employee lifecycle and HR administration.
