Job Responsibilities

Handle leasing administration for retail shops, offices,kiosks and other commercial units.
Assist with marketing and leasing of vacant units.
Arrange property viewings and liaise with prospectivetenants.
Assist with tenancy renewals and negotiation of rentalterms.
Maintain proper accounting and financial records.
Assist with property tax matters and preparation ofrelevant documents.
Liaise with tenants, solicitors, auditors and relevant authorities when required.
Assist with preparation of financial and leasing reports for management.

Job Requirements

Education - Accounting, Finance, Business, Real Estate or related field.
Experience in finance, leasing or property management is preferred.
Basic knowledge of accounting, invoicing and accounts receivable.
Good understanding of tenancy and leasing documentation is an advantage.
