HIRING: SENIOR R&D EXECUTIVE – FOOD MANUFACTURING

Location: Bidor, Perak
Salary: RM4,000 – RM4,500/month
Hostel: Provided
Working Days: Monday – Friday

We are looking for an experienced Senior R&D Executive to join our team in the food manufacturing industry.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and improve new food products and recipes according to company requirements.
• Conduct recipe development, especially sauces and related food products.
• Perform product trials, testing and evaluation to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Modify existing recipes based on taste, cost, quality and production requirements.
• Work closely with Production, QA/QC and other departments during product development.
• Prepare and maintain product formulation, recipe and R&D documentation.
• Conduct sensory evaluation and product testing.
• Ensure new products meet food safety, quality and production standards.
• Assist in troubleshooting and improving existing products/processes.

REQUIREMENTS

• Malaysian
• Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Manufacturing or related field.
• Preferably 4–5 years of working experience in the food manufacturing industry.
• Hands-on experience in developing recipes, particularly sauces, is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of food ingredients, formulation and product development.
• Experience in product trials and food manufacturing processes.
• Able to work independently and communicate effectively with different departments.
• Willing to work in Bidor, Perak.
