We are looking for a Philanthropy Manager to support the planning and delivery of corporate giving and community engagement programmes. This role will work with internal teams, nonprofit organisations, community partners, and other stakeholders to coordinate initiatives that create meaningful social impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate philanthropy and community engagement programmes across Singapore and the wider region.
• Develop and maintain relationships with nonprofit organisations, community groups, and programme partners.
• Research potential organisations and initiatives aligned with corporate giving priorities.
• Coordinate grant-related activities, programme timelines, documentation, and internal approvals.
• Monitor programme progress, budgets, deliverables, and key outcomes.
• Prepare reports, presentations, updates, and summaries for internal stakeholders.
• Work with internal teams to coordinate employee volunteering and community engagement activities.
• Support education, community development, environmental, and other social impact initiatives.
• Collect programme data and feedback to support impact measurement and continuous improvement.
• Assist with events, meetings, partner engagements, and other community-focused activities.
• Maintain accurate records of partnerships, programmes, contributions, and project documentation.
• Support regional teams on philanthropy-related projects and initiatives when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Communications, Social Sciences, Nonprofit Management, Community Development, or a related field.
• Experience in philanthropy, corporate social responsibility, community programmes, partnerships, programme management, or a related area.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Comfortable working with internal teams and external community partners.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common business communication tools.
• Experience working in a multinational or regional environment will be an advantage.
