IT Support-Repair Technicians Jobs, Salary up to SGD 1,800 in FIXTROX PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Looking for IT Support/Repair Technicians to join our team.

Past experience in computer hardware repairs, computer troubleshooting skills is preferred.

This role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, performing hardware and software installations and replace laptop parts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on laptops and other computer devices.
• Perform hardware upgrades and installations.
• Provide technical support and assistance to end-users.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
• Ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
• Collaborate with team members to improve overall service quality.

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of operating systems (Mainly Windows OS/Mac OS)
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
