Our client is a well-established MNC specializing in advanced coating (Thin Film) and surface engineering solutions across semiconductor, precision engineering, and industrial applications.
Location: Tuas (Company transport provided at Lakeside, JE, Khatib) Salary: $3.5k-$4K + AWS + Variable Bonus
Working Days: 5 Days (Monday – Friday) Working Hours: 7.45am – 4.45pm
Job scope

The Process Control Technician is responsible for monitoring manufacturing processes, collecting and analyzing process data, and supporting daily production to ensure consistent product quality and stable operations.
The role assists in process troubleshooting, quality control, documentation, and continuous improvement activities while working closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams.

Qualification
:
- Diploma/Degree in Material Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in process development, optimization, or project execution within a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of metallurgy, material properties, and quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, and Control Plans
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or ISO 13485 standards; experience in medical or automotive manufacturing is advantageous
