Early Childhood Enrichment Teacher (Full-Time)

Salary: S$3,200–S$3,600 per month

Are you an energetic early childhood educator who enjoys helping young children learn through movement, music and play? We’re looking for a teacher to lead classes for children aged 18 months to 4 years.

What you’ll do

• Teach engaging classes using our provided curriculum and lesson plans.

• Create a warm, structured environment where children feel confident to participate.

• Observe each child’s development and adapt your teaching to support their progress.

• Build relationships with parents, share meaningful updates and help them understand how to support their child’s learning.

• Attend training and work with our team to maintain a consistent teaching experience.

What we’re looking for

• At least 3 years of experience in the early childhood sector

• An energetic teacher who connects naturally with young children

• A good communicator who can build trust with parents and get them involved in their child’s learning

• Someone punctual, responsible and open to feedback

• Ability to work at our studio near Beauty World MRT

No music background is required. Training, curriculum and lesson plans are provided. You’ll teach small classes of no more than 6 children, giving you space to get to know each child.

Schedule and benefits

• 5-day work week, with weekend work required

• At least 14 days of annual leave, scheduled in advance

• Monthly salary of S$3,200–S$3,600, depending on experience
